She wants to rehome him because she lives in a high-rise apartment, and feels he would be happier in a home with a yard that he can run and play in. Jake is neutered, he gets along with everybody including kids, cats, and other dogs. Jake loves his belly rubbed and giving hugs. He will bring his leash, food dishes and bed with him
