Description
We are looking for a Santa Fe restaurant that is interested in leasing kitchen space. We are a local food truck, currently using the community kitchen at the convention center. We would need area for dry storage, refrigerator and freezer space and the ability to prep and heat 4 mornings a week. Also, Ideally have parking space for a smoker.
Do you or anyone you know have space in your commercial kitchen to spare? There could also be an opportunity to add some smoked meats to your menu 🙂
