NEED CREW TO FINISH CONSTRUCTION on Historic house

We are putting together a crew for ALL finishing work on a historic house/flip that must be completed by the end of this month. Please view pictures closely, we need trim work, flooring repair/installation, tons of sanding, window repairs and installation, interior and exterior paint including front and back porches, drywall repair and installation, bathrooms finished, butcher block countertops installed, kitchen appliances, plumbing, and lastly, landscaping of entire surrounding yard. Owner is interviewing at the property tomorrow, by appointment. Must have experience and prior project references, pictures are okay. Crew will be paid every Friday, but need crew there 6 days a week, minimum! Do not need licensed contractors, handymen & carpenters okay, illegals okay. Work must pass inspection, and since home is historic, original design must stay the same. cameras on site when owners are not there. Must agree to take daily pictures of before/after all work, and send via text to be paid. No exceptions! Must be reliable, on time, Work hard without cutting corners & bonuses will be given if work is completed before deadline (End of June).
