We are looking for an experienced housekeeper who will be treated as if you are part of the family. If you truly love to keep things clean, in order and enjoy helping maintain a busy couple’s lifestyle (no kids) by attending to personal duties thereby allowing them to run their small business successfully, then this would be a wonderful opportunity to help and use your extensive skills. Here is an overview of the duties needing your help: • Daily (Monday – Friday) cleaning of home in Winter Park • Weekly cleaning of small office in nearby subdivision in Baldwin Park • Laundry – wash and iron – weekly • Grocery shopping – weekly • Miscellaneous errands – pick up/drop off dry cleaning and alterations, miscellaneous supplies, etc. • Coordinating services such as Massey, repair personnel, etc and staying onsite during service • Attaining quotes and negotiating best price for services needed around the house such as pressure washing, lawn care, pool services, misc. repairs, etc. • Assistance with and occasional dog sitting for our well trained and extremely loving Golden Retriever. Here is what we are looking for: • Good employment tenure of 3+ yrs or more • Experienced housekeeper with 2 references from current or previous clients • Successful background check • Must have own transportation on a daily basis. • Someone who has Integrity, honest, extremely trustworthy and is a caring individual • Must be authorized to work in the US with own license and insurance (10-99 issued at end of the year) • Solid work ethic with a proactive approach to keeping all the properties (interior and exterior) in good condition. • Friendly personality with good communication skills. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 /hour Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: • Personal Assistant: 3 years and/or • Housekeeping: 3 years Miscellaneous Requirements: • Own Reliable Transportation with valid Driver's License • Business or LLC license and self-insurance • Ability to clean indoors and outside patio/balcony areas and ok with using a short ladder as needed to clean higher level items such as fans, plants, shelves, etc. • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail • Will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement due to personal privacy issues
