Missing since 5/28 from Fountain Square in Germantown- off Poplar in-between Poplar and Massey and Kirby. Belle is 15 years old and weighs approximately 4 pounds. She is all black with white hairs around her face. Belle looks very rugged due to old age, but she is very loved. Last seen around 8:30pm 5:28 WITHOUT her collar on. Belle is nearly blind and has poor hearing. She also requires a special diet to help with kidney function. If found please contact Lucy at .
