Description

I have been working in the stone industry for 7 years and am now looking to branch out to become a subcontractor for the company that I’ve worked for as an in house installer for 5 years. I have also worked in all manner of construction and want to get into different aspects of remodeling houses. I am looking for a reliable apprentice that is willing to put in work and join me at the start of my new company. Duties and Responsibilities: * Install fabricated tops as templated and per industry standards * Be able to fabricate in field and repair any chips, scratches or defects in top as needed * Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks, drill holes for fixtures as needed * Verify integrity of new or existing cabinetry (plumb, square, level) * Removal of existing counter-tops and tile backsplash as needed * Handling customer concerns and problem solving in the field * Be able to lift heave countertops and set in place on cabinets. * Experience is not required. Willing to train. * Some knowledge of power tools preferred but not required. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * 10+ hour shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Work Location: Multiple Locations
