Your Way Property Services is looking for Team Leaders and Team Members for our Lawn Maintenance, Landscape Construction and Enhancement divisions. We are a well-established, full service property maintenance company located in Milford and we offer a great environment to grow and work! Based on the position, tasks will include, commercial and residential mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, planting, pruning, mulch and sod installation, grading, patios, retaining walls and other landscape construction. Team Leaders/Drivers ($17.00-$27.00+) Chauffeur's License and DOT Medical card - or the ability to get one Ability to drive a truck and trailer. 1-2 years of Commercial and Residential Mowing, Landscape and Hardscape experience, depending on position you're applying for. Have the ability to lead by example, motivating and coaching your team in a constructive manner. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. throughout the day. Stoop, bend and stand for up to 10 hours a day in various weather conditions. We work in adverse weather. Team Members ($14.00 - $17.00+) Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train if you want to learn! Possess a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50lbs. throughout the day.
