!!!Start Immediately Get Paid Weekly!!! We are looking to hire hard working, and creative Renovation Crew Members to be a part of our team. Your role will be focused on completing renovations on high-end and one of a kind short term rentals (Airbnbs). You will be a part of a 2-3 person team, that will see projects from the demo stage to completion. Our properties are primarily one bedroom, and studio apartments. Your team will be working directly with a project manager and designer to create unique rental units that our guests will never forget. Our company is constantly taking on new projects, we have plenty of work to keep you busy full-time. 40hrs a week, M-F 8:00am-4:00pm, potential for Sat/Sun hours. Requirements: Strong skills in carpentry, flooring, drywall, and painting are preferred, along with basic skills in plumbing and electric. Willingness to learn, and help solve problems. Reliable access to transportation. Provide your own tools. No past felonies & no active drug users. Need to show up to work everyday on time, and ready to work. Weekend work may be available.
