Need a jack of all trades. Landlord needing a cleaning, painting, landscaping, lifting, general trades knowledge and strong back. Need to upgrade and maintain properties. Lot of work to be done (months). If a good worker, maybe a long term gig. Let me know what you can do (list skills). Need own transportation and some tools.
