Need help packing contents of home

I am needing someone to help Pack boxes for move this weekend. The address is Houston, Arkansas, which is between Conway & Perryville. I must stress, if you even have the potential to have sticky fingers, any type of dishonesty-please save us both the time because if that becomes an issue-I’ll send you on home. I’m sure, this won’t be an problem, but need to get that out. I’m planning on just one person and myself and I believe 4 hours should do it but may be 5. Attention to detail, being efficient, fast, and also not clumsy will make this a great day. I’m open on the timeframe as we can do morning, afternoon, or evening but needs to be done tomorrow-that’s Thursday June 2, 2022. Pay will be $15 per hour-cash I would be happy to add a nice tip if this house is entirely packed up when you leave! Also, I may need some muscle to help load /unload on Saturday.
