Large property management company throughout the Chicagoland area looking to onboard vendors to our growing vendor list. - General Contractors - Plumbers - Electricians - HVAC - Roofers - Masonry - Painters - Foundation repairs - Appliance repairs - Locksmith - Landscapers - Floor replacement ** must be insured ** must have a W9 ** vendor agreement will need to be signed ** must email invoices and provide photos per job Section 8 / Subsidy / Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) / Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) experience preferred. Certified/registered in south suburban village(s) a plus
