Cleaning Technicians play the most important role in our company – providing cleaning services to our clients. Under the general direction of the Supervisor, the cleaning technician is responsible for cleaning client homes according to the cleaning specifications for each residence. Cleaning tasks include but are not limited to; trash removal, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, family room, dining room, den/office, utility/laundry room, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming floors, window washing, and other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain all equipment and supplies so they are clean and in a safe and operable condition for weekly inspection. Ensure proper labeling on all cleaning chemical containers. Ensure proper dilution ratios of cleaning chemicals. Order cleaning supplies as required. Empty all trash cans, replace liners and clean receptacles as needed. Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces throughout the home. Clean kitchen countertops, sinks, cabinet doors, outsides of appliances. Clean and sanitize bathrooms including countertops, sinks, tubs, showers and toilets. Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces. Greet homeowners in a polite, respectful and helpful manner to ensure positive relationships. Screen and route requests to supervisor if necessary, provide timely and accurate customer service support. Perform other duties as requested or required by management.
