Our tenant moved out left his couch, loveseat, mattress boxpring, misc clothes and hundreds of DVDs and CDs, and a broken small shelf and 5 or so bags of trash or stuff from his fridge, we replaced a bad water heater and put some insulation that fell from his minibarn in the box with two pillows. we also have two sections of privacy fence we need to have taken this picture is 90% accurate although some people have stopped by and taken some things. please contact me with a quote would like removed thursday june 2
