Our commercial pool company is looking for a full time service technician with at least one year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial pools and spas. The successful applicant will need to be able to work independently, manage chemicals, accurately fill out health department papework, be courteous to property staff, and report to and work with the service manager and our office staff. Being a team player is very important. We have been in business for over 22 years and have a high retention of employees and customers. The company provides all chemicals, equipment, uniforms and safety equipment. The candidate must have an insured truck and cell phone. Annual compensation varies (by the routes you do) but is typically between $48,000-$52,000. You are paid piece work and are reimbursed the IRS recommendation for gasoline. Benefits include paid vacation, 401K with match, some paid holidays, and one week paid vacation after one year and two weeks after 4 years and every year after. We have a Anthem medical plan which teh company pays $125 per month (pre-tax) of your premium as a employee benefit. We are currently offering a signing bonus.
