Seeking a local, independent Cleaner/ Co-host for my new Big Bear Lake property. I prefer an individual looking for part time work, over a management company. Ideal person will take the time to thoroughly clean the house top to bottom, vacuum, do the laundry at the home, clean the hot tub, water the plants, clean up outside area around the property, communicate issues between guests, report supplies needed, broken items or extra required cleaning. Must be detail oriented, honest, trustworthy and have excellent communication skills. Hours could range from 4 hours a week with one day of cleaning to 10 hours a week with 2 cleanings a week. Overall flexible hours except with same day check in, check out. Candidate must live within 15 miles or have an address within 15 miles to meet STR requirements.
