DiRusso’s Sausage Inc. is currently seeking an energetic, responsible Production and Operations Associate for full-time employment. Manual duties will include, but are not limited to: • Primary production duty will be forking out and weighing sausage batches • Meat Screening for quality assurance • Meat Grinder operation • Production Sanitation • Cold-storage order picking • Loading Dock operations • Other general duties Employees must be able to: • Multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment • Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds unassisted • Must be able to push or pull a loaded pallet jack and/or hand truck with a minimum load of 70 lbs. • Following company quality assurance policies • Prior meat processing, butchering, production line work and/or warehouse distribution experience preferred but not required.
