Why work here: • Competitive Wage • Bonuses • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off & Holidays • Overtime, always available What you will be doing: • Leading and supervising a team to complete project(s) following the process of metal framing & drywall. • Attending regular project meetings. • Building relationships and effectively communicating with General Contractor Superintendents. • Gathering necessary information required for change orders. • Abiding by and enforcing safety guidelines laid out by OSHA & ANSI standards. • LAYING OUT AND READING BLUEPRINTS IS A MUST, IF NOT DO NOT APPLY. What we are looking for: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field • Must work with integrity • Ability to interact tactfully with team members • Must be able to multitask and run multiple projects simultaneously • Communicates effectively, both written and verbally • Must be able to read and decipher blueprints • Has transportation, tools, and Personal Protective Equipment • Must have valid driver license • High School diploma or GED
