Local Property Management company looking to a Full Time Roving Maintenance position. Daily work location varies based on property needs. We have properties in Beaverton, Tigard, Gresham, Salem, Albany and Eugene. Most work would be done in the Portland Metro Area, with occasional travel to Salem, Albany & Eugene. Mileage compensation available.
Must have a minimum of two years apartment maintenance experience, have own tools, and reliable transportation with proof of insurance. Must be mature and capable of handling after hours emergencies and communicate well with management, residents and vendors.
Duties include, but are not limited to: apartment turnover - including painting, maintenance, ordering of supplies; grounds pickup, common area maintenance - pool & spa, HVAC, occupied unit maintenance, appliance and plumbing repair, vendor scheduling, etc.
