Blueberry Gardens Senior Care is hiring now for a Full Time Monday-Friday Maintenance and Supply Manager. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 7am-3pm. $28 per hour Responsibilities: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees. We operate 4 Adult Family homes in one neighborhood. The maintenance and supply manager visits each house daily, interacting with the caregivers, doing household maintenance and repairs to interior and exterior of the homes, and ordering and stocking supplies and groceries. Candidate should be comfortable: Handling basic repairs and maintenance Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Survey buildings and grounds regularly Follow a rotation for touch-up painting and repair Assists with resident move ins and move outs, ability to lift at least 50lbs. Use basic computer skills to order groceries and supplies on-line Occasionally run errands to purchase needed items using company car Assist with basic landscaping tasks and watering of potted plants Care for on-site animals (Laying chickens). Have excellent problem solving abilities, be a self starter, be organized, and have a positive "can-do" attitude. This is an hourly Full Time Position, Requires Monday-Friday schedule.
