ASPHALT SEALCOAT LABORERS NEEDED $17 per hour (Portland) We are a growing, family-owned business looking for good people that are highly reliable, have a strong work ethic, and a desire to be their best and take pride in their work. Full-time, part-time, seasonal, and year-round positions open Seal coating – work as part of a team to apply protective coatings to parking lots. This includes thoroughly cleaning the asphalt, then applying a coating to make the parking lot look like new. Our sealcoating teams use hand and power brooms and blowers to remove dirt from the surface. They then apply sealcoat materials using a ride-on sprayer and large squeegees to work the coating into the asphalt. Qualifications: • Must pass a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) • Work safely in a team environment and represent the company in a respectable nature. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Be able to work outside, frequently for long periods of time in very hot temperatures • Be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead • Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and work safely at all times We have flexible schedules available as our teams work 7 days a week and generally start at 6am.
