HOURS***Example... usually takes a couple hours each morning.***We provide all equipment needed to do this job. We are looking for a Maintenance Worker to perform upkeep on our laundromat & carwash. Included but not limited to tasks such cleaning parking lot, carwash bays, garbage cans and overall landscape. Responsibilities*** Perform cleaning activities such as vacuuming parking lot, sweeping/spraying out carwash bays, clean and empty outdoor vacuums, empty outdoor garbage cans etc. Fill carwash soaps Lawn/flower bed, weeding, mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.. Skills*** Mechanical experience a plus Experience using hand and electrical tools Able to lift heavy items such as soap containers and large filled trash bags
