Production Worker Job tasks include but are not limited to the following: Job Tasks: · Clean and maintain worksite · Assist welders, carpenters, painters or other tradespeople · Handle and transport materials · Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Benefits: •Health, Vision and Dental Insurance •PTO •FLEX schedule (Every other Friday off) •Tool Allowance Controlling Machines and Processes: • Operate forklift, scissor lift •Experience in using power tools, forklift, grinder • Moving and blocking vessels Physical Requirements: • Requires kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling • Experience working in a physically demanding environment; confined spaces, working at heights • Use of half-face and full-face respiratory equipment • Requires lifting 50 lbs without assistance Work Environment: Work is performed in a boat yard, which can subject workers to loud levels of noise, fumes, debris, tripping hazards and sharp metal edges. Personal protective equipment will be provided to staff, but personnel are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is properly used and for being aware of their surroundings.
