Hey all, We're an established group of 15 years (family events, festivals, fairs, parks, schoolyards, shopping malls, etc.) known for playing children's music that doesn't suck, or make parents want to leap out of a moving vehicle. : ) The music is fun, simple, but fairly versatile, and with very specific part/form arrangements. Our lineup of veteran Seattle indie musicians features two harmonizing female vocalists, a bassist/mandolinist, a fiddle player, and a songwriter/vocalist/guitarist. Think: Dolly Parton & Stevie Nicks formed a band with Nick Cave, and then hired They Might Be Giants or the B-52's as a backline. Makes perfect sense yeah? We seek a drummer or percussionist or cajon player available for paid morning/afternoon performances this summer and beyond.
