Available now. Room is roughly 13'x16'. The PA/Speakers, Mics (w/ cables & stands) are available to use. Everything else is someone else's gear and should be left alone. A little bit of drum gear has been left voluntarily so you can use that if it's down there. Mini-fridge there as well. Hours available are from 5pm-7am M-F and anytime weekends (This is a shared space - we use Google calendar to avoid cross-scheduling with the couple other musicians in the space). $150/month. First & last month due upon signing (last month used as last month if you need to leave, or security deposit only if absolutely necessary). Cannibis and beers ok, but please no guests or hard partying. Can store a little bit of gear there if needed but please not too much as it's not big enough to be storage.
