RSVP and pay here: Learn DIY screenprinting techniques with OviArt. Bring a garment(s) of your choice and Ovi will teach you the basics of screenprinting while you customize your clothes. Cost: Workshop fee is $30 This includes instruction, materials to complete multiple screenprints during the class, and guidance for getting started screenprinting at home. Instructor: Born in Medellin, Colombia, and raised in Greenville, SC., Ovidio Acevedo is a self-taught mixed media artist residing in Tacoma, WA. He uses various techniques and mediums, making his art very unique. You shall find bold, dramatic, and colorful depictions of various subject matter on different objects, not only on canvas. The space is down the stairs and the last door on your left. The basement is shared with dance studios, and has unisex bathrooms on the third floor.
