We have a good number of internal active projects, including MANY ADUs, but have quite a few ADUs that are SOLD and RTI that we could have another QUALIFIED GC do for/with/on behalf of of us. THESE ARE LIVE, SOLD JOBS, NOT LEADS! If you are a licensed, experienced General Contractor, with top quality crews, looking for an opportunity to be busy on multiple ADU projects, at scale, overnight, then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for a budget GC, one that will provide good quality at good value, as that is how these jobs were sold to our clients.
