Electrical Wholesale seeking a Counter / Salesperson

If you know the basic electrical parts this job might be for you! Our company needs a sales associate for a fast-paced and rapidly growing electrical wholesale company. We will need you to help electricians, contractors and customers behind the counter, take orders, invoice, and pull material for them. Must have basic knowledge of electrical and lighting parts such as conduit, couplings, bushings, screws, etc. Must be organized and able to keep materials clean on the shelf as well. Hours are 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday closed on the weekends. Must have a valid California driver's license with clean DMV, and be drug-free. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Must have intermediate-to-proficient computer skills including quick books. Responsibilities: Communicate with Customers on the phone and in person, fill orders and transfers accurately and quickly. Enter stock, special, direct and back orders as required by Customers. Help to stock shelves and keep items organized on the shelf. Able to adapt quickly to changes Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs Ability to walk/stand up to 8 hours daily Proven track record for dependability Adaptability / flexibility / willing to change & adjust with business conditions Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, closing profitable sales orders, and processing orders received. Must know English, if you speak Spanish or Armenian that's a plus.
