CCS Facilities Services, a large commercial provider of janitorial services, is seeking a quality DAY SERVICE MANAGER to oversee the Los Angeles area. We provide an excellent salary, a car, and a good working environment. This Day Service Manager will be housed out of our El Segundo office and will have responsibility over numerous day porters. JOB SUMMARY: The Day Service Manager is a key position. This position requires that the employee works closely with the Account Managers and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day cleaning activities in assigned work areas. Basic job duties include: Overseeing and inspecting day porter staff and assure effective cleaning processed are followed. Delegate work assignments as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Drivers License; no violations within three years. Skills: Computer skills Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) Bilingual in Spanish/English Courteous and Professional. Good customer service Good attitude and work ethic Dependable & reliable.
