Full Job Description POSITION PURPOSE To clean and maintain all common areas. Position requires proficiency in using cleaning chemicals and common tools safely and the ability to work well individually and in a team environment. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES •Perform cleaning tasks on common areas throughout all facilities including all bathrooms, lunch area, employee lounge, kitchen areas, offices. This includes normal routine duties and as conditions dictate •Maintenance duties •Perform all job duties in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to performance standards •Ability to recognize issues and escalate to supervisor timely •Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •Characteristics/Attributes •Team player, positive attitude, energetic, committed, competitive •Attention to detail •Ability to work well in a face-paced, dynamic environment •Approachable personality with great customer service skills •Self-motivated, ability to work individually •Education/Experience •1 Year janitorial, custodial experience preferred •High School diploma or equivalent preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT •Ability to lift from floor to above the head, 20 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally, throughout work shift •Ability to use hands to handle or feel product •Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours •Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, twist, and reach •Ability to work in varied temperatures, both indoors and outdoors Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Schedule: Wednesday to Thursday 9am to 7:30pm Friday to Saturday 5am to 3:30pm Sunday - Tuesday OFF •High school or equivalent (REQUIRED) ManpowerGroup recognizes the importance of providing an accessible and barrier-free environment.
