APARTMENT TECHNICIANS NEEDED $20.00 - $23.00 (Reno,Sparks) Maintenance Techs needed for apartment communities throughout Reno, Sparks. Monday thru Friday. NO WEEKENDS These are full time positions. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall. Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas. Must be ready to jump in and join the team.
