Seeking studio space in south / southwest Reno

Hey Reno, I'm moving to a space where I won't have any room for my arts and crafts. I'd like 200 - 600 sq' with ample natural light, electricity, water and a toilet. Safety and parking is a must. I'm a mixed media artist and just need somewhere to spread out and work on multiple projects at the same time, store my finished work and design new things. I have good credit. Any ideas? I keep finding spaces near the river and further north/west but none that work for where I will now live. Thanks!
