Camino Real Mobile Estates is currently hiring a maintenance crewmember for daily upkeep and maintenance of the park. Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to: • Overall maintenance of the Park, which includes the laundry room, clubhouse, restrooms, and other common area or facility. • Maintain the landscaping in the park common areas as well as weed eating, mowing, tree trimming in vacant lots and around park property. • Janitorial Cleaning of Recreation Hall and Pool area • Cleanup around property, vacant lots and newly vacant homes. • May include touch up painting on or around property • Process resident refuse, use of compactor system and prepare for pick up • Maintain the pool during the pool season • Maintenance of fencing and common areas • Minor repair to plumbing and electrical Job Requirements: • Reliable transportation • Must be able to lift 50+lbs Compensation: This is a full time position at $20-$24 an hour, depending on experience, with the possibility of on-site housing. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated, hardworking individual with an excellent work ethic.
