Hi Folks, I'm a 64 yrs young Male with ADHD. I'm not & never have been medicated for this diagnosis, I have self medicated for years which has never helped. without going into lots of details here, I'm just wondering whos out there that my post resonates with? I will share this. I struggle with in no specific order. Low self esteem, financial problems all the time & resentments with family members etc. My childhood was painful & confusing for zillion reasons I cant mention here. family relationships are in ruins or were never there. I have still complicated grief issues as well so I'm feeling lots of pressure all the time. I am in therapy over the phone once a week so it helps to be honest & speak with someone who listens.
