Looking for an experienced maintenance person for a local property management company.
Must be available during the week and weekends. All on call.
Must have a truck.
Duties include but not limited to:
light plumbing
changing lightbulbs
wall patch work
painting
light electrical
being available for tenant lock outs
dump runs
License/insured preferred but not required
