We are looking for a routine gardener for our 1/2 acre residence for light-duty creative projects and labor includes pruning, trimming, edging, planting, digging, and cleaning gardens and lawns. Need to be detailed, committed, and reliable each week for the long term, except during winter Dec-Feb. Must be non-smoker and Tennessee resident, know about gardening and practical care of flowers, garden plants, trees, and landscaping is desired. Flexible! You make your own weekly schedule of 4 hours between 0600-1200 for either 1 or 2 days per week which is changeable in advance each week. Plan and share online our garden projects needing work using OneNote which we can both monitor and track. We allow only one second chance for problems and value reliability and quality so the better the job the extra we pay.
