Update We only a couple more driver spots available. Looking for drivers who can commit to driving at least an average of 3 hours a day! Research Tech/Driver (Real Estate Industry), Flexible/FT or PT $20 (Chattanooga TN) Note: This will be an independent contactor position if you are in TN or CA. Bonus Incentive Details: Drivers shall be entitled to a $375 bonus paid weekly upon proof of at least 5 hours of daily drive time each day for 5 consecutive days. Drivers are expected to add distressed home inventory in Deal Machine. The number of distressed homes added shall be reasonably related to a driver’s drive time. A failure to meet this basic and reasonable requirement could result in forfeiture of the performance bonus. Schedule: Flexible schedule (you choose your hours) up to 40hrs a week. No overtime allowed (40hrs max allowed within the pay period). Market Research Tech/Driving Job (Real Estate Industry) · Must have smart phone and willing to use the required phone app while on the job · Valid Driver’s License and fairly clean driving record for the past 5 years · Have your own safe and reliable vehicle to use · Proof of current auto insurance policy (will need to supply a copy of insurance card when applying) -2nd chance employer. No criminal background check required. This is not a long term position but the work is currently very steady. You can work it part time and up to 40hrs a week. You must have access to a smart phone or computer to complete the new hire paperwork online as all processing is done remotely. You can do it all from home.
