Job description We are a professional food service business that is looking to hire reliable, hardworking, and fast-paced individuals. Part-Time Hours range from 18 - 27 hours a week on average. Between the hours of 9a and 3p. This position is to help operate a small cafe for a sports summer camp and for employees. We are seeking several good, hard-working, and dedicated individuals. Below is a description of the job and the requirements to apply. REQUIRED TO LIVE NEAR THE SCOTTSDALE AREA. Within at least 20 minutes. Job Description - Operate a small concession/cafe with multiple types of food items. - Help prepare around 100 kids meals a day (same meal for all kids) and occasional snacks and meals for staff. - Assist customers with purchases in a friendly and efficient manner. - Maintain your workspace and eating area by assuring it is always clean and organized (since we are working with food). - Maintain the outside appearance by wiping down any spills, cleaning any garbage in the area, and maintaining the signs. - Stock the stand daily and make sure that your displays and product are stocked and you are ready for a customer at any time. - Close down the cafe after each shift (if a closing shift). You will do so by refilling necessary products and supplies, cleaning the inside and outside, and completing close of business paperwork and inventory. - Fill-out and maintain the proper daily paperwork. Requirements to Apply: On the job training will be provided Availability for the Monday - Friday shift, everyday. Self-starter This often is a fast-paced and busy job, but it can be a slow pace job, depending on the event. This position does require some heavy lifting and a lot of standing. Reliable transportation is a must. Must possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Card at the cost of the team member $6. Great Job for students, part-time work or stay-at-home parents.
