Candidates must meet the following criteria, Knowledge and capability to use various tools (e.g. tape measure, ladder, screw driver, and harness) needed to record accurate site survey data Must be able to lift 75 lbs Willing to work in hot/cold/extreme conditions on site Valid Driver's license, clean driving record and a working vehicle that's able to hold a telescope ladder Experience complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulations Must have full range or mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions Professional in appearance; with excellent customer service skills Great attention to detail Willingness to learn about the solar and electrical fields. Must have a phone or tablet with a nice camera Must be able to comfortably work on a roof and in small spaces Responsibilities and job duties include but are not limited to, The data gathered will include photos, roof dimensions, and information regarding the age and condition of the customer's home Be able to follow a set schedule and track hours with provided utilities Effectively and professionally communicate with the customer to inform them of your process and timeline Prompt and regular communication with Sopris Solar’s scheduling team Conduct a site survey with your own tools to include a telescope ladder Document site with camera and provided forms Use Company provided cloud storage solutions to upload files and data Maintain a current and valid driver's license Must be willing to climb ladders and work in heights Able to organize paper documents, electronic files and photos Proficiency in computers to navigate and use cloud storage utilities to upload site survey data Quality verbal and customer service ability to communicate to customers and scheduling departments Basic knowledge roofing and construction: materials involved, roof types and terms, etc Prompt and regular attendance to scheduled appointments Be available to work on any of the 7 days of the week.
