Budget Blinds of Mid and Outer Cape seeks a new team member to assist with installations. The position can be part time, full time and/or seasonal. Students and Retirees encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the Lead installer to maximize efficiencies while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Position Description:
- On site job preparation and installation assistance
- Interact with all clients in a professional and service-oriented mindset
- Remove old window coverings and dispose of them properly
- Leave client's home clean and free of and damage, dust and debris
- Provide effective and quality feedback on any field activity
- Ensure van, tools, and equipment are in clean and operational condition
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be well-groomed, professional, and presentable in physical appearance
- Friendly, courteous, and pleasant with superior communication skills
- Possess a professional work ethic demonstrated by being reliable, dependable and responsible
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform physical work with no restrictions
