We are looking for individuals with experience installing decks or have hands on construction experience. We do not require you to own a truck or tools, we will provide everything for you to do the install.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 1+ year of prior experience in the residential home improvement industry
· Proficient in the use of various hand and basic power tools
· Ability to measure and install various home improvement products in varying weather conditions
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
· Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.
· Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion
