Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add a LICENSED PLUMBER. We do major and minor plumbing for single-family rental homes. Typical calls include but are not limited to: drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, spot and mainline repair/replacement. This position is 1099. Expect 10-15 jobs per week, paid by the job. This is an opportunity for someone who is looking to add work to their own business or work as an independent plumber without having to advertise or wonder where their next job is coming from. We handle all the sourcing of work through the clients we work with, we have in-house dispatchers to set you up with appointments when you're available and we operate off of a standard price list so you always know what you will be paid before you ever start the work. Our Company: - This is NOT a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work. - We are NOT looking for someone to "sell" when on site. We send you to get the work done. -We pay for all materials/permits (if needed). - This is a 1099 contractor position. - We operate off of an app for assigning work orders and uploading before/after pictures. The Pay: -The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work. There is a standardized price list we can go over. -Pay is by direct deposit on a NET30 or NET7 basis (You Choose) Text Kirk 469.520.0414 your name and license type.
