Need Oven Repaired

I have a model FEB24S5ASB Frigidaire 24" wall oven that isn't getting hot. Neither the main element or the broil element are heating. The clock on the panel is on. I am hoping it is a fuse, but I am 1200 miles away so I can't test for myself. The house is in College Park and my tenants live there. Please let me know if this is something you can diagnose. If you are interested, I would like to know your experience, how much you would charge, and when you can look at it. I will need to pay through Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal since I am in Austin.
