One of Florida’s most trusted Roofing Company’s is searching for a dependable full-time Roof Field Tech. This position focuses on working closely with our Project Manager as well as customers. Our Field Technician are responsible for timely completion of service orders and field support of our Project Manager. We want a hard-working individual with a positive attitude and respect for the responsibility that they are given. Qualified candidates need only apply if you have at least 1-3 years of Roof Repair experience. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All employees must pass new hire drug testing and background checks. Candidate should have the following skills and or competencies: Good communication, leadership, problem solving and organizations skills Enjoys being around people and interacting with customers Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to problem solve in the field and assess client issues. Basic arithmetic and written communication skills. Ability to organize and pre-plan upcoming jobs. To be considered, YOU MUST HAVE: A Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving history for the past 3 years. (Five years for DUI convictions) At least 1 year of experience in the roofing industry (installing, sales or repairing). Experience with TILE, SHINGLE, METAL and Modified Systems a MUST. TPO experience a plus + (A proven work history must be provided with all applications) Must have a working Smart Phone and the ability to use a CRM and Email. A Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent and precise work ethic. Must speak, read and write English fluently (bilingual a plus) Must be willing to travel up to a 50 - mile radius around Tampa, FL
