Housekeeper/Porter – Full Time (Brandon) We are accepting applications and resumes for a highly skilled Housekeeper/Porter! Join our team! - Must be able to work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. - Experience cleaning vacant apartments to get them ready for move-ins, which includes but not limited to; living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, cabinets, flooring, light fixtures, etc. - Outdoor duties include cleaning breezeways, picking up trash around the property - Can keep track of cleaning supply inventory. Making sure everything is re-stocked according to cleaning needs. - Can clean and sanitize bathrooms, clubhouse, hallways, breeze-ways and any other common areas. - Can work fast paced and is highly energetic. - Has reliable transportation. -Must be fully vaccinated - Is a team player and is customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail.
