Full-time person needed for a small internet/mail order company based in Largo selling beads & craft items. Initial duties will include: Re-packing wholesale products into retail packs Receiving deliveries Picking, packing and shipping orders Stock checks Other tasks as required You should: Be able to lift 40lbs, move freely around the warehouse and be able to stand or sit for long period of time Be able to handle small items for weighing and repacking Have some computer skills, including Web Browsing, MS Excel & MS Word Work to deadlines with minimal supervision plus logical thinking Be accurate and speedy when carrying out tasks The hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm with 45 minutes for lunch (40hrs/wk), with optional Saturdays for overtime. Associates's pay will start at $14.00 ph, rising to $16.00 ph over 6 months subject to satisfactory performance. 10 days PTO rising to 15 days after 12 months. Most public holidays off The warehouse is fully air conditioned, clean and smoke free. Some shipping/warehouse/retail experience preferred, but full training will be given.
