Part time- 20 hours per week IMMEDIATE OPENING for a part time experienced cleaning person and maintenance help at a Jensen Beach, South Hutchinson Island Condominium. Job duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, vacuuming, assisting maintenance person with overall maintenance, etc. in specified areas of the building and grounds. Morning hours 5 days per week. Knowledge of general home repairs is required. Must be capable of lifting 50-70 pounds. Must have reliable transportation. Fluent English speaking is required.
