Found Rottweiler with pink collar in Grand Island

Found an older black Rottweiler with a pink collar walking down E. River Rd. between 5500 - 4500 E River Rd. She seemed very sweet but she was nervous and even though we had treats she got scared by the cars and went running into the woods by 5370 East River Rd.
