You must have your own tools, own transportation, and at least be licensed, insured, and possibly bonded. Must be prepared to work. Be professional. I'm looking for someone competent that can complete various jobs, like drywall, paint, structure repair, fireplace repair, ETC. Must show up ready to work, or more, must wear work shoes, and proper work clothes. No Crocs. Must be reliable, and show up on time. Must be neat, clean, no drugs or alcohol.
