I need to rehome my blue quaker parrot. He is not hand tamed yet. I have been working with him but he is not friendly with my other birds and my time with him is limited. He is a little over a year old and I know he would do great in an environment with allot of one on one bonding and training. I paid 1200 for him and asking $400. That includes his cage and toys and food.
