General housekeeping, including windows, occasional deep cleaning which sometimes involves using a ladder, and light maintenance in a privately owned residences in Anahola and Wailua (not vacation rentals). Looking for someone who can do quality work even though it may take more time.
Flexible schedule, pick your days, but no weekends. Hours 8:30 or 9:00 for 5-6 hours. Must have smartphone and be contactable, access email and have reliable transportation. Wearing entertainment headphones while working is not permitted.
Up to $30 pay commensurate with references, proficiency and experience.
Must be very reliable and easily contactable by cell/phone.
